By purchasing from Oni DMA or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site and services, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
Digital products and services
Oni DMA provides digital firmware and technical services. Users acknowledge that these products require specific hardware compatibility and technical knowledge to operate correctly.

- Users are responsible for ensuring their hardware meets the necessary specifications before purchase
Customer responsibilities
Customers are required to follow setup guidance provided by the Oni DMA team. Failure to adhere to technical requirements or instructions may result in a loss of support or eligibility for product replacements.
Intellectual property and account access
All digital products, firmware code, and documentation provided by Oni DMA remain the exclusive intellectual property of Oni DMA. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for use. Redistribution or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Oni DMA shall not be liable for any damage to hardware, software, or third-party accounts resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Users assume all risks associated with firmware modification and system-level changes.
