Support channels

The official channel for all support and refund inquiries is the Oni DMA Discord server. Support is not provided via social media DMs or unofficial platforms.

What buyers should include

To receive prompt assistance, please ensure your ticket includes all relevant information regarding your hardware and order.

  • Order ID or Payment Reference
  • Hardware revision and specifications
  • Detailed description of the technical issue

Response targets

Our team aims to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable timeframe, though response times may vary based on ticket volume and technical complexity.

Support scope and exclusions

Support is limited to the functionality of Oni DMA products. We do not provide assistance for third-party software, unsupported hardware, or general system troubleshooting unrelated to our firmware.

Abuse, fraud, or policy violations

Oni DMA reserves the right to terminate support and revoke access for users who engage in abusive behavior, fraud, or intentional violations of our community policies.
